Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the resort, especially enjoying the direct access to the lagoon pool from our balcony, which was a fantastic feature. However, I did notice that the room didn't quite match the pictures advertised, which was a bit disappointing. The overall experience was great, but the misleading images definitely took away from it. The services provided were quite helpful, making it a good value for the price.
The resort has some great features like a large rooftop terrace with BBQ, perfect for family gatherings. However, the rooms had a bit of a mouldy smell and could be more spacious. The service left something to be desired, especially with communication about repairs happening nearby. The location, being right on Four Mile Beach, offered a nice level of privacy even if it was a little far from the town center. Overall, it was a decent stay with pros and cons to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were exactly as advertised and set in a lovely spot, making it easy to relax away from the crowds. But on the other hand, the service left something to be desired, especially when it came to misleading information. While the location was beautiful, I found some areas a bit messy in the mornings. It's also important to consider the size of the rooms, as they felt really cramped for more than two people.
I had a generally enjoyable stay at the resort, with a stylish feel and clean rooms. The pools and spa facilities were a highlight, but I did encounter some difficulties with the service, which could be improved. While the dining was delicious, I found it a bit pricey. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, but some aspects didn’t meet my expectations.
I had a luxurious stay where it was pure bliss to have direct access to the lagoon pool from my room. However, I was disappointed that the room wasn't cleaned or refreshed for the entire week. Despite that, it was convenient to return to a comfortable space after a long day exploring the area.
